making the most

of sunny weekends…..

The weather is shifting gently. The last couple of mornings have been wonderfully fresh, make that darn right chilly.  I have stood outside after letting the dogs out, revelling in the sharp air. I’ve said it before but this really is my favourite time of year. The descent into Autumn proper, smoky air, musty leaves, damp earth. I do love the summer but from here on in it’s like a coming home, I feel more comfortable in my own skin.

    

 

I love how these pics were all taken on the same day and yet conjure up such different feelings. A great mix, just right for me.
